1) Definitions and Interpretation

3.1 When you visit our Website we may ask you for Data about yourself and the child or guardian who is to become a student at The Summer Academy. We may need to collect details about you and the student, which may include but not be limited to: names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, nationality, financial information, health related information and other information to provide you with information about the courses, assist with applying for a course or to reply to your queries.
3.2 In addition to the Data you provide, we may also collect Data about you and your use of our Website through the use of automatic data collection tools. These tools collect certain standard information about your access and computer, such as your browser type and language, access times and your Internet Protocol (IP) address. We use the information for statistical reporting and do not link it to any named individuals.
